Ms. Anisha Khanna (M.Phil., M.A.)

Ms. Anisha Khanna is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist having 9 years of experience in the field. She did her graduation (B.A) and post graduation (M.A) as well as M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta. 

 

She has worked extensively with individuals having Anxiety disorders like OCD, Panic disorder, GAD as well as Depression during her tenure in NIMHANS, Bengaluru. She worked in the Behavioural Medicine Unit, where apart from providing psychotherapy to patients she has supervised M.Phil students. During her tenure in Tata Medical Centre she closely worked with patients having cancer and comorbid psychological issues. She was also a member of Breast Cancer support group where psychological support was provided to Breast cancer patients. During her tenure in Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata she worked closely with adolescents and young adults and provided psychometry and psychotherapy for their mental health disorders. She had organized several peer group discussions for Stress management & OCD. 

 

She has been trained in Schema therapy by Professor Arnoud Arntz in July 2020. Her training in Schema Therapy makes her a trauma-informed therapist and she uses experiential activities, such as imagery exercises, in her therapeutic approach. Overall, she doesn’t believe in labels or diagnosis being attached with a particular patient, but seeing each patient having a set of problems or issues,and understanding the process involved in solving them.

Dr Diana Ross is a Psychotherapist with 12 years of experience in the area of mental health. She has done her M.Phil. and PhD in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS (Institute of National Importance), Bangalore. She is trained in various forms of psychotherapies. She has worked extensively with individuals having various mental illnesses during her tenure in NIMHANS. She believes that her training has helped her view her clients' difficulties holistically.

 

As a clinician she is trauma-informed and LGBTQ affirmative. She values problem solving in human behaviours in an emotional or relational context, with a strength based eclectic approach. Her aim is to help clients improve their stress-coping ability and enhance their emotional well-being.

Ms. Nagasudha is an  RCI registered clinical psychologist with 7 years of experience in the area of mental health. She has done her M.Sc in Counselling Psychology from Madras School of Social Work, Chennai and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bengaluru. She is currently practicing as a freelance psychotherapist.

 

She has worked extensively with adult individuals having various severe and common mental illnesses during her tenure in NIMHANS. She believes that her training especially in Neuropsychology and Family therapy has helped her view her client's difficulties holistically. As a clinician she is trauma-informed and LGBTQ affirmative. She strives to build cultural competency and use systemic approach in her practice. Ms. Nagasudha ensures to provide safe space for her clients, with a strength based approach and to be genuinely engaged in the therapeutic relationship,  irrespective of the intervention or techniques used in helping.

Ms. Pourabi Chaudhury (M.Phil., M.Sc.)

Ms. Pourabi is a registered clinical psychologist who has completed her M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from Institute of Psychiatry, Kolkata  and M.Sc. in Applied Psychology (with Clinical and Forensic Psychology specialization) from Department of Applied Psychology, University of Calcutta. She is currently a Ph.D. research scholar in Department of Psychology, University of Calcutta.

She has 7 years of experience working in the field of Clinical Psychology and more than 3 years of teaching experience. She is currently working in the post of Assistant Professor in Department of Clinical Psychology, Institute of Psychiatry – COE, Kolkata, since 2018. She has experiences of working as a Clinical Psychologist in various mental health set-ups. She has worked intensively as a Behavioural Therapist in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis in children with developmental disabilities.

Ms. Pourabi has received additional training in various workshops in the areas like - Social Skills Training in Developmental disorder (Association for Behaviour Analysis – India), Applied Behaviour Analysis (Amrit Somani Memorial Centre), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy , Hypnotherapy (Indian Association for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis), PASS Reading Enhancement Programme and Cognitive Enhancement Training (The Learning Clinic and Dyslexia Association of Telangana), Creative Art Therapy (All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru).

During her M.Phil. program she has received intensive training in carrying out Cognitive & Neuropsychological Assessments and evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions. Ms. Sonal Chadha (She/Her), is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Delhi with 7 years of experience. She aims to provide her skills and knowledge in order to help her clients deal with their mental health so that they are able to take the first step in their mental health journey.

Ms. Sonal did her BA in Psychology from Delhi University, MA in Clinical psychology from Amity University, Noida, and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavioral & Medical Sciences, Raipur (PGIBMS). She has a PG Diploma in Career Counselling and Guidance from the Jamia Mila Islamia University as well as a PG diploma in Trauma-Informed Therapy from TISS making her a trauma-informed therapist.

She is  trained in working with both clinical and non-clinical adult populations and has provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to people belonging to different cultural backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. Dr. Tania Roy has finished her M.Phil. and PhD in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS, Bangalore. She has been working in the area of Family therapy for 11 years. She is currently practicing as a Freelance Couple and Family Therapist. 

 

Dr. Roy has published numerous papers and conducts workshops on Family Therapy too. She believes in the families' incredible abilities to support, transform and change through healing spaces and conversations. Ms. Vasudha Hande is a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than seven years of experience in the field of mental health. She has done her MSc in Clinical Psychology from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga and MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. She is registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). As part of her MPhil training, she has worked with various clinical conditions like anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and depression. She has worked extensively with children with neuro-developmental disabilities like intellectual disability, specific learning disability, autistic spectrum disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). As a therapist, she believes that every individual has a potential for change, for growth and to live their life to the fullest. A therapist acts as a facilitator for the same.

 

Apart from clinical experience Ms Vasudha has also actively been engaged in research and teaching activities. She has been awarded junior research fellowship from the University Grant Commission and has published several research papers.
